Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Ivalua procurement consultant to join its expansion of the Ivalua practice in the United States. This role focuses on end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations, leveraging procurement technology, integration work, and policy enforcement across client environments.

You will work in a fast-paced project setting, engaging in functional and technical tasks, testing, design, and stakeholder communication while traveling as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience participating in an Ivalua (or equivalent platform ie: Ariba, SAP, Oracle, GEP) Implementation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year prior coding experience (C#, SQL, Java, Python)
• Minimum of 1 year experience with systems integration, databases, development, and support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise in various Procurement Optimization projects and initiatives
• Enhance the use of clients’ existing Procurement technology infrastructure
• Identify opportunities that can improve the efficiency of processes
• Investigate and resolve software functionality
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues
• Assist with software application testing
• Provide functional and technical documentation for software customizations
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and issues to be resolved
• Assist in system design and functional specifications for all new development projects
• Manage client expectation and relationships
• Secure client sign offs on deliverables
• Consult with senior leadership on varied business and technology challenges
