Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to join our public sector team, helping federal agencies modernize essential systems with enterprise SaaS solutions.

You will work with seasoned consultants on government projects, participate in training and platform certifications, and develop skills in AI, business processes, and client consulting, with clear paths toward roles such as Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to government contractors or federal agencies during internships or work is highly desirable.
• Interest in practical applications of AI tools, with hands-on examples from coursework, projects, or self-directed learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to work with curiosity to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
• Interest in technology consulting, SaaS platforms, or enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-implementation workshops to understand product requirements and assist with system demos and user training.
• Contribute to project documentation, data reporting, and client communications.
• Assist with solution configuration, testing, and design activities.
• Learn about client AI requirements and Icertis AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, CloudOps) to support quality delivery.
• Learn how government processes and security requirements translate into SaaS solutions.

• Prior experience with government contractors or federal agencies in our industry during internships or through work is highly desirable. Prior exposure to software delivery, process improvement through projects or coursework is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in the practical application of AI tools, with hands‑on experience gained through coursework, internships, projects, research, or self‑directed learning (e.g., using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, build prototypes, or enhance software implementations beyond basic ChatGPT usage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to work with curiosity to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
• Interest in technology consulting, SaaS platforms, or enterprise business applications.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting U.S. public sector transformation.
