Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Senior Technology Business Consultant to collaborate with banks and financial services clients. You will analyze client needs, define program specifications, and bridge users with consultants to deliver innovative solutions.

You will work across asset finance, leasing, and loan structures, design data models, and ensure configurations meet user requirements. Travel across time zones may be required; 4–12 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience in technology consulting with banks or finance domains.
• Strong knowledge of asset finance, leasing and loan structures.
• Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Research client needs and define program specifications.
• Serve as liaison between end users and consultants.
• Define product scope, objectives and data models for development and testing.
• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex problems.
• Configure systems to meet agreed User Requirements.
• Consults directly with clients.
• May work in different time zone shifts to overlap with client working day.
• Experience: 4–12 years.

About the role:

As a Senior Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the Banks.

• Serving as a liaison between end users and consultants during consulting projects
