Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong skills in triaging and troubleshooting user issues.
• Technical proficiency in .NET or any programming language.
• Good understanding of SQL and ability to write queries.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform configuration activities in COTS products.
• Conduct functional, system, and integration validation.
• Troubleshoot production problems and provide solutions.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings.
