Azura of Mukwonago is seeking a full-time Fun & Activities Coordinator to brighten residents' days through engaging programs and social interactions. You will lead group activities, music, crafts, and outings, creating meaningful connections with residents and families in a welcoming setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy talking with seniors, organizing events, and collaborating with the caregiving team. The role includes a daytime schedule with every other weekend support, and the company offers

Are you a people person who loves visiting with seniors, sharing stories, making people smile, and bringing joy to others? We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and compassionate Fun & Activities Coordinator to join our team at Azura of Mukwonago!

This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with residents and making them feel special. Whether you're leading a group activity, playing a game, enjoying music, or simply sitting down for a conversation, you'll help create meaningful connections and brighten our residents' days.

What You'll Do

• Spend time with residents and build genuine, meaningful relationships
• Lead fun and engaging activities that get residents involved and excited
• Plan arts and crafts, games, music, entertainment, outings, and special events
• Create opportunities for residents to socialize, laugh, reminisce, and stay active
• Get to know each resident's interests, hobbies, and personality
• Work with families and team members to make every resident feel included and valued
• Coordinate monthly activity calendars and keep activities fresh and exciting
