Job summary

CHRIS 180 seeks a senior leader to direct Fulton County Behavioral Health Network operations in Atlanta, GA. The Director will oversee two counseling centers, a clubhouse, and youth programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and revenue growth.

Requires a Master’s in a related field, active Georgia clinical licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health. Hybrid work arrangement and strong stakeholder engagement are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, mental health, or human services.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and community-based programs.
• Experience with grants, contracts, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with accreditation/regulatory compliance processes (CARF/The Joint Commission preferred).
• Strong communication, supervision, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and programmatic supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fulton County Behavioral Health Network sites and programs.
• Develop and manage program-level budgets and performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue revenue development opportunities, including grants and contracts.
• Support accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
