Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Atlanta seeks an experienced senior leader to oversee community-based programs, ensuring quality client care, staff performance, and alignment with organizational initiatives.

You will manage multi-program operations including Case Management, Targeted Case Management, and Supported Employment, lead clinical supervision, and build external partnerships while ensuring CARF and DBHDD compliance. Travel within Georgia is required.

Qualifications

• Two years administrative experience required.
• Two years in behavioral health service delivery.
• Current Georgia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Ability to travel within DBHDD Region 3 and across Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors budgets for all programs under director’s supervision.
• Manages personnel with appropriate collaboration.
• Demonstrates data-driven decision capabilities in daily operations and planning.
• Oversees program compliance with CARF and DBHDD requirements.
• Provides clinical leadership and supervision to promote best practices.
• Develops internal/external relationships and supports agency strategic goals.
