Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Analyst role with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery concepts and data interfaces.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis, validation, and research.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ALM platforms for requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a B.A. team’s duties on IT projects and mentor newer members.
• Bridge between clients, PMs, and technical teams to define business requirements.
• Develop business specifications and requirements at project start.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to meet client technology goals.
• Validate requirements through testing and deliverables review.
• Support project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
