Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Personal Injury Attorney in Nebraska. The role requires an active Nebraska license and at least 3 years of personal injury experience. You will represent clients, conduct research, draft documents, negotiate settlements, and advise on legal rights.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A current license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury attorney.

• Exceptional legal writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful dispute resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue for the plaintiff's case in personal injury disputes.
• 2. Conduct legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources to prepare case accordingly.
• 3. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other necessary documents.
• 4. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients, aiming to resolve cases favorably and quickly.
• 5. Advise clients on their legal rights, discussing the potential for a lawsuit or negotiating a settlement.
• 6. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
