The position emphasizes managing and expanding client relationships, handling sophisticated real estate and IP matters, and contributing to business development while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have portable book of business of at least $300K.
• Active California Bar license required.
• Experience in Real Estate and/or Intellectual Property (Trademark) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of business in Real Estate and/or Intellectual Property.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while expanding your practice.
• Handle sophisticated matters including real estate transactions, disputes, leasing, and development; IP matters including trademark prosecution, enforcement, and related litigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over your practice.
• Contribute to the firm’s overall growth through business development and client retention.
