Sales Match is seeking a Messaging Support Specialist to handle customer emails and chats from a fully remote home office in the United States. You will work with the support team and product specialists, maintaining clear case histories and guiding customers through product features and options.

The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and varies shift times. Responsibilities include reviewing tickets in Zendesk, verifying context in Zoho CRM, and writing concise, personalized responses.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of chat or email customer support experience preferred.
• Ability to explain browser or account steps without technical jargon.
• Strong business writing, accurate typing, and respectful communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
