Description
The Employee Relations Center of Excellence (CoE) is our team of subject matter experts on all things employee relations and human resources compliance. The team helps make the client a positive and compliant company to work for by staying in touch with labor laws, making policy changes, and executing on programs that support, educate, and enable TransUnion associates to succeed.
This role assists the client's HR Compliance function in the Employee Relations CoE. You will be responsible for supporting the proper administration and consistent enforcement of employment policies and practices to maintain a compliant work environment where all employees and applicants can succeed. You will conduct thorough investigations of sensitive workplace issues and reach impartial conclusions. And you will help execute strategic HR initiatives, programs, and training to maintain a positive work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
