Description

The Employee Relations Center of Excellence (CoE) is our team of subject matter experts on all things employee relations and human resources compliance. The team helps make the client a positive and compliant company to work for by staying in touch with labor laws, making policy changes, and executing programs that support, educate, and enable TransUnion associates to succeed.

This role supports the client's HR Compliance function within the Employee Relations CoE. Responsibilities include supporting the administration and enforcement of employment policies, conducting investigations of workplace issues, and helping execute HR initiatives and training to foster a positive work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
