Job description

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a strong track record in managing and optimising e-commerce campaigns. This role requires deep expertise in Google Merchant Center, Google Ads policies, and performance marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.

This is a fully remote, high-responsibility position, where you will be the go-to expert for managing campaigns across multiple online stores. We need someone with hands-on experience, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting, who understands how to scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all Google Ads campaigns, full autonomy, no micromanagement.

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimise ad spend across multiple e-commerce stores.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to scale and improve results.

  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center policies to maintain account health.

  • Stay ahead of Google updates and trends to continuously refine strategies.

  • Manage and optimise various campaign types, including Shopping, Search, Performance Max, and Retargeting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment.

  • Proven ability to run profitable campaigns and maintain a stable ROAS of 20+% or higher.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center, you know how to keep accounts compliant and avoid suspensions.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed adjustments.

  • Experience scaling ad budgets profitably while maintaining efficiency.

  • Familiarity with multiple ad formats, including Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.

  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for ad performance.

  • Excellent English communication skills to report on results and strategy.

  • Availability to work in CET time zone
