Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing civil engineering team. This fully remote role supports civil and land development projects across the DMV region, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver practical, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include preparing designs, plans, and reports; coordinating with project managers, regulators, and stakeholders; and assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of civil engineering or land development experience.
• E.I.T. preferred; P.E. license is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Knowledge of DMV design and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
