• Must be credentialed or able to credential through Headway.
• Experience in group or private practice settings.
• Proficient with Jane App and charting requirements.
• Strong communication, ethics, and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions per professional standards and ethics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans in Jane.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Meet regularly with Clinical Director for feedback and support.
• Uphold client confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• Support clients in managing mental health and well‑being.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
