Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in College Station, Texas. Our clinician-owned national practice supports delivering high-quality care while enabling flexible scheduling and professional growth.

Minimum 15 sessions per week with opportunities for leadership or supervision, while enjoying a collaborative team environment and robust benefits including paid orientation and comprehensive insurance options.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas as LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Texas.
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Collaborative partnership with Thriveworks and clients.
• Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Interest in leadership roles or supervision opportunities.
• Self-guided completion of notes within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and commitment to quality of care.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in College Station, Texas.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensed in Texas
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensed in Texas
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state in which they practice

Compensation

Up to $57,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
