Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in Carrollton, Texas. You will assess mental health needs, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document progress per policy. Collaboration with a dynamic team and creative interventions are encouraged to help clients achieve goals.

The role requires a master’s in behavioral sciences, an active clinical licensure (LMFT/LPC/LCSW), and experience with DAs and case notes. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure in LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and on track to licensure.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set and maintain boundaries with clients.
• Timely submission of documentation and services records.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Fully Licensed Clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create, implement a treatment plan.
• Maintain documentation and case notes per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 visits weekly for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical staff, and schools.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
