Job summary

CAFY Counseling & Family Center seeks a fully licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health services to children, youth, adults, and families on a contract basis. Day, evening, and Saturday hours available.

Position offers hybrid/telehealth options in Prince George's County, MD with a part-time caseload and flexible scheduling. Compensation based on licensure and contracted services, with collaborative team support.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Maryland clinical license required — LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Trauma-informed care experience strongly preferred.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services.
