Staybridge Suites Jackson-Ridgeland is seeking a Night Auditor responsible for daily operations during the night shift. This role involves ensuring the hotel facilities are safe and ready for guests, maintaining logs for compliance, and collaborating effectively with staff. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and possess multitasking and communication skills. The position requires the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel night audit or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor is responsible for the daily operations of the night shift. This position ensures that the hotel's facilities are clean, safe and ready for guests upon arrival. The Night Auditor maintains accurate logs of all violations and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. The Night Auditor works closely with the Manager and other staff to ensure the night shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel night audit or other related fields preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, walk a minimum of 2 hours, sit at a desk or table, climb stairs for a minimum of 1 minute, bend, kneel, and move frequently and repeatedly throughout a standard workday.
• Must be able to work in all shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred, but not required).
