Job summary

Cura of Watkins is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead our overnight nursing team. You will oversee patient care and staff performance during the night, ensuring safe, compassionate care and compliance with standards.

The role is part-time: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, 3 shifts per week (56 hours per pay period). Night differential of $4.00/hour applies to base pay, reflecting the critical overnight responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing workflow to optimize efficiency.
• Document and report significant incidents and patient care updates promptly.

Cura of Watkins (CMS 5 star rated facility!) is looking for a dedicated and passionate Night Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead our overnight nursing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee patient care and staff management during the night shift, ensuring that the highest standards of nursing practice are met. The ideal candidate is a compassionate nurse with strong leadership skills and is committed to promoting a safe, supportive, and efficient healthcare setting. This position is currently part-time: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, 3 shifts a week, or 56 hours a pay period. Night shift staff earn an extra $4.00 an hour on top of their base pay.
