Riverstone Post Acute is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs for Day and NOC shifts in Salina, Kansas. We offer full-time or part-time positions with competitive wages and welcome multi-state licenses, new graduates, and seasoned nurses.

Qualifications include a Kansas license and BLS/CPR certification. LTC/SNF experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include charting, narcotic procedures, patient condition updates, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas LPN or RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain.
• LTC/SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, physician orders.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Understand Patient Centered Care
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary and communicate resident condition changes with Physician, family and DON.
• Full time would require alternating weekend coverage.
• Work well with the team and have open communication.
