Job description

Full-time assistant teacher, 30-40 hours per week. Primarily afternoons, but there will be some full day opportunities. This person would work with various age groups.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting lead teacher in program;
2. Supervising nap (if age appropriate), gross motor and classroom time;
3. Helping children with self-care routines;
4. Serving lunch and snack;
5. Communicating with parents.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience with children or an education degree (i.e. CDA, Associate's, Bachelor's) preferred but not required. Pay rate dependent on experience and education.
