Meds.com is hiring a Fullstack engineer to architect and build features across pharmacy operations, ecommerce, and telemedicine. You will deliver high-quality code, mentor junior engineers, and participate in peer reviews to maintain robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Math, Science, Engineering, Economics, or other highly quantitative disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Solid grasp of computer science foundations, mainly algorithms and data structures
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, C++, Java, etc.

At BlueChew, "Fullstack" means more than just connecting a database to a UI. You will be building the digital bridge between a patient's medical consultation and the physical delivery of their prescription. This role is for an engineer who thrives on the "hard problems" of healthcare - maintaining strict HIPAA - compliant security and high-availability systems while delivering the sleek, intuitive user experience of a modern D2C brand.

Responsibilities

Interview Process

• 15 minute HR Screening
• 1 hour take home test with a sequence of algorithm challenges screen recorded, first 30 min without AI help, and 30 min with optional AI help
• 1 hour live technical interview with a team member focused on algorithms
• Additional technical interview with a team member focused on algorithms (1 hour)
• Final round: on-site visit to our Austin office or video interview with CEO, CTO, and other senior members of the team.
