Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned Fullstack Developer to join our federal tech team in the United States. You will build user-facing applications with React.js, wire Rails API gateways to Java microservices, and support backend services with Spring Boot.

The role requires strong React/TypeScript skills, Java/Spring Boot experience, and a solid foundation in RESTful APIs, testing, and modern frontend practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with CSS/SASS, responsive design, and front-end best practices.
• Experience with state management patterns (Redux/Context API).
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for API layers and HTTP client integration.
• Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot for microservices.
• REST API design, JSON handling, and SOA/microservices patterns.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Git version control and agile workflows; production web apps in Java/JS.
• Minimum 2 years with Java MVC or JS/mobile frameworks (Spring, Angular, NodeJS, ReactJS).
• Proven HTML5/CSS3 in multiple responsive apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing apps with React.js and modern front-end tech.
• Develop and enhance Rails API gateway to integrate with Java microservices.
• Support and extend back-end microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Analyze requirements and write, debug, and optimize code.
• Write tests for front-end components and API integrations.
• Identify defects during development and testing phases.
• Ensure integration of functional, security, and performance requirements across the stack.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for accessible interfaces.
• Deploy code and configure software products and systems.
• Develop product and platform prototypes; track performance in project teams.
