Job summary

LoVasco is seeking a Software Engineer (Fullstack) to design, build, and maintain features end-to-end—from database to interface—and own deployment pipelines. You will translate user feedback into the right work, scope projects, write RFCs, and participate in planning cycles.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with our Detroit base and DC engineering hub, emphasizing accountability and ownership in a fast-growing consulting platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fullstack experience.
• Experience with React/Next.js, NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Hybrid work model across Detroit and DC.

Responsibilities

• Migrating a core consulting team onto our platform: modeling their data and rebuilding workflows.
• Building CRM-style interfaces for data entry, organization and record-keeping.
• Turning benefits and retirement data into clear reporting for client and participant views.
• Contributing to our REST API with well-tested business logic.
• Standing up and hardening our infrastructure: Terraform-managed AWS and deployment pipelines.
