Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to cloud, AI, or machine learning concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Writes secure and high-quality code with minimal guidance.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems.
• Uses SDLC tools to improve value through automation.
• Performs technical troubleshooting to solve problems of basic complexity.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify problems and support secure, stable application development.
• Learns and applies processes for development of secure, stable code and systems.
• Applies AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity, with peer review.
