Job summary

Clair Health, Inc. is seeking a Fullstack Engineer in Menlo Park to own features from spec to production across the iOS/Android app, APIs, and internal tools. You’ll split time between the app and backend and work closely with founders.

You will ship features to thousands of users at launch and build for privacy-conscious health data handling and reliable integrations with partners and ML services.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years building production software in TypeScript across mobile/web frontend and backend.
• Shipped a mobile app to the App Store or Google Play and supported it after launch.
• Designed APIs and data models on a relational database and performed migrations.
• Can read and debug native iOS or Android code when a library breaks.
• Takes a feature from rough idea to production without a detailed ticket.

Responsibilities

• Build features in cross-platform mobile app (TypeScript) including cycle tracking and onboarding.
• Code Bluetooth pairing, health-platform integrations, offline-first data, background tasks, and notifications.
• Drop into native iOS and Android code when necessary.
• Build APIs, data models and background jobs for the app.
• Ensure health data privacy and implement testing and CI/CD pipelines.
