Alan is building the Ops AI Platform Team and hiring remotely across regions. You would join at ground zero to shape the architecture, product, and foundation of a scalable AI agent platform. You will work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering to enable accurate, safe agent execution and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture.
• Experience with ML or ML DevOps is a plus.
• Product-minded, self-directed and collaborative.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calls, and human-in-the-loop.
• Implement capabilities for AI agents and tooling for autonomy.
• Scale the system to tens of thousands of automated tasks daily.
• Influence architecture and code quality.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring.
