Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and backend development experience, along with expertise in APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and Agile development practices. The selected candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role also provides opportunities to work with enterprise HR technology platforms and participate in cloud modernization and automation initiatives.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experienceinworkday
• Strong experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Rally Agile.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce Management applications.
• Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Exposure to cloud modernization and automation initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
