Wasatch Behavioral Health is hiring a Full-Time Human Service Worker at the Vantage Point Provo youth crisis shelter in Provo, Utah. You will provide direct support, supervision, and guidance to youth aged 10–17 facing crises, helping create a safe, structured environment and connecting families to resources.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour DOE. The role offers swing shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in a

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required.
• Must pass a background check and WBH hiring standards.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
