Job summary

Heritage Family of Companies seeks a full-time Yard Associate to support daily yard and warehouse operations in Windsor, CA. You will handle receiving, stocking, and organizing materials while ensuring safety and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, order verification, and teamwork to meet delivery deadlines; prior yard/warehouse experience is preferred. Starting pay up to $28/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Experience operating front end loader or large machinery is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Background and drug screening required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, and organize products in yard and warehouse to keep inventory accurate.
• Load/unload materials from vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment following safety rules.
• Keep yard and warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow PPE and lifting technique guidelines.
• Verify orders, complete shipping/receiving paperwork, meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed.

Skills

Lifting up to 75 lbs

Forklift operation
