Job summary

Infinity Communications in Woodland, California is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support inventory, shipping and receiving, and daily warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting parts and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, loading/unloading, and operating forklifts after training. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in variable conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving.
• Valid driver’s license; regular driving of company vehicles.
• Basic computer skills, data entry, ability to follow instructions and work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to complete required equipment training before operating independently.
• Preferred: experience with NetSuite or other inventory systems, forklifts or yard equipment, generators, trailers, or other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and track parts, supplies, generators, trailers, and equipment; report shortages or damage.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials; maintain inventory records in NetSuite or our system and assist with counts.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment after training.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials between warehouses, vendors, locations, and field sites.
• Help prepare equipment for deployment through basic inspections, cleaning, and maintenance within training.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe; follow safety procedures and report hazards.

Warehouse Associate

Woodland, California | Full Time | On Site | Hourly Nonexempt

Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Join our operations team and help keep materials and equipment ready for the field. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support inventory, shipping and receiving, and daily warehouse and yard operations in Woodland, California.

What You Will Do

• Receive, inspect, organize, and track parts, supplies, generators, trailers, and equipment; report shortages or damage.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials; maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite or our designated system and assist with inventory counts.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment after required training and authorization.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between warehouses, vendors, company locations, and field sites.
• Help prepare equipment for deployment through basic inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance within your training.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe; follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly.

What You Bring

• Warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, material-handling, or comparable operations experience.
• A current, valid driver’s license. Regular driving of company vehicles on public roads is an essential part of this role.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to complete required equipment training before operating independently.

Preferred: Experience with NetSuite or another inventory system, forklifts or yard equipment, generators, trailers, or other heavy equipment.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site warehouse and yard position. Overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required during emergency operations. Work includes indoor and outdoor conditions, moving equipment, noise, and changing temperatures. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to stand and move for extended periods, bend and reach, and frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Team lifting or mechanical assistance is used for heavier items.
