Job summary

Carbon Health Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Radiology Lead to supervise imaging operations, position patients for procedures, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You will prepare images for radiologists and support the team with workflow optimization.

Requirements include ARRT or equivalent credential, CRT and CPR-BLS, plus 3+ years of healthcare leadership. This role is on-site in New Jersey and involves 12-hour shifts with DOT certification reimbursement where needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced healthcare leadership experience
• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience
• 3+ years in healthcare leadership experience
• Current CRT certificate
• Current CPR- BLS
• ARRT registration or an equivalent radiologic credentialing agency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging and explain procedures to reduce anxieties.
• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff
• Prepare images for reading by Radiologist
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties to ensure optimal patient flow
• Attend staff and departmental meetings
• Complete training and become certified with the Department of Transportation to perform Urine Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Tests
• Proposes improvements to processes and workflows
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
• Must be able to work 12 Hour Shifts.

• Has advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through job-related training and considerable work experience. May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others, but is not a supervisor
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years in healthcare leadership experience
• Current CRT certificate
• Current CPR- BLS
• Licensure/Certifications:Current registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or have an equivalent Radiologic Technology credentialing agency
