Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Sand Springs, OK. You will help customers with wireless needs, process activations, and promote the brand inside and outside the store.

The role requires a team-oriented approach and a commitment to meeting revenue goals. The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet revenue goals and work with a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, greet customers, answer phones and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand in-store and in the community.
• Assist with all store functions in line with Wireless Vision policies.
• Handle cash, inventory, deposits, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Support management with opening/closing duties and store operations.
