American Medical Response, Inc. (AMR) in Arvada, CO is hiring full-time Wheelchair Van Drivers to transport patients and provide high-quality customer service. Starting hourly pay is $19.29 with a range up to $30.86; duties include patient transport and adhering to safety and privacy policies.

The role requires avoiding delays, maintaining the vehicle, and completing daily logs, with training provided upon hire. This is a front-line medical transport position in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State driver’s license required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Successful completion of company driver’s training.

Responsabilités

• Utilize maps to locate hospitals, medical facilities, and patient home addresses.
• Use standard radio codes to communicate with the communications center.
• Complete daily trip sheet recording transport activity.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained and presentable.
• Complete mechanical checklist for vehicle at the start of each shift.
• Communicate mechanical problems to fleet department if/when vehicle is not in working order.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all company policies and procedures.
• Follow information systems security policies and procedures.

Formation
