Shanker Beverage Company in Lansing, MI is seeking a dependable Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker for a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays off. Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with a path to grow within a long-standing, family-owned beverage distributor.

You'll pick orders, build pallets, load routes, verify counts, replenish stock, maintain cleanliness, and meet daily productivity and safety standards while staying on-site in a physical role.

Shanker Beverage Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker to join our team.

What You'll Do

This is a physical job. You must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and spend your shift standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving product.

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation required
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 12:00 PM to close
• Full-time position
• Closing time varies depending on workload and seasonal volume
• Fridays off
• No weekend work
• Three-day weekend every week

Because our warehouse team prepares orders for the following day's delivery routes, employees are expected to stay until the day's work is completed.
