Job summary

Frank Beverage Group in Middleton is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate for a four‑day workweek, featuring four 10‑hour shifts and a three‑day weekend every week. This full-time role starts at $21.50 per hour with a $1,000 retention bonus after 60 days.

You will receive, unload, verify shipments, stock, pick and stage orders, load trucks, and operate forklifts with training. Proficiency with handheld scanners and WMS is valued, and safety and accuracy are prioritized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse or forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Able to become certified on warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Use handheld scanners and our WMS to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain product records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.

• Successfully complete a post-offer physical assessment.
