Job summary

Fabiano Brothers, Inc. in Bay City, MI, is seeking an Order Picker for the 2nd shift at the Bay City Warehouse.

This hands-on, fast-paced role supports our beverage distribution operations and rewards reliability and teamwork. You’ll pick orders using pick sheets and voice-picking tech, move and stage products up to 50 lbs, operate walkie riders and forklifts (training provided), and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Order Picker – 2nd Shift

Join Fabiano Brothers as an Order Picker and play a key role in keeping our beverage distribution operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position in our warehouse, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)
• 2nd shift, typically 7–9 hours per shift

What You’ll Do

• Pick and prepare orders using pick sheets and voice-picking technology
• Move, stack, and organize product (50+ lbs)
• Load and stage orders for delivery trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment such as walkie riders and forklifts (training provided)
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Temperature-controlled warehouse (60–64°F)
• Fast-paced, physical role with consistent movement
