Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Ohio seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at an onsite facility, lead teams, and ensure safety, regulatory, and company standards are met.

You will supervise associates, monitor attendance, coach staff, optimize space and productivity, analyze metrics, address issues, enforce policies on hazardous materials, plan process improvements, and manage the department budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/administration/related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates, track attendance, coach, and develop staff.
• Direct activities to optimize facility utilization, productivity, and quality controls.
• Analyze performance metrics, develop improvement plans, and evaluate staff performance.
• Address production issues with effective solutions; enforce safety, regulatory compliance, and company policies (including handling controlled substances and hazardous materials).
• Plan and recommend enhancements to warehouse processes for efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets; ensure facility cleanliness and perform related duties.

• Prepares and manages departmental budgets, ensures facility cleanliness, and performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
