Job summary

WRS Group in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily receiving, stocking, and testing of medical devices at our Ann Arbor facility.

You will unpack and organize shipments, perform basic device testing and repairs, and help with printing of marketing materials while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. A collaborative, customer‑focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive UPS packages daily and review shipment contents.
• Unpackage, sort, and stock contents in a neatly organized and secure fashion.
• Clean and test medical devices to prepare for redistribution.
• Perform minor repairs on medical devices as needed.
• Assist with printing of marketing materials.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as safety-related protocols.
• Demonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation.
