Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Minooka, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support daily inventory operations and maintain accuracy across the warehouse.

The role requires experience with WMS, Excel, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Forklift or cherry picker experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with starting pay at $17 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is required.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Forklift and cherry picker experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Inventory Control operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry picker and forklift as authorized.
• Create and maintain pick locations for inventory and re-profile locations.
• Run inventory reports, cycle counts, expiration management, and adjustments.
• Process transfer orders, returns to vendor, and product dispositions.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Research PO discrepancies and other inventory issues.
• Perform quality assurance checks including code date verification.
• Maintain inventory integrity through audits and spot checks.
• Assist the Control Center with inventory tasks and document errors.
• Support warehouse staff with inventory procedures and best practices.
• Help resolve customer concerns and inventory discrepancies.
• Promote a safe, organized, team-oriented environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
