Job summary

Olympia is hiring for a Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Massachusetts. The role is full-time with potential overtime, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays, and requires lifting 50+ pounds and standing 6–10 hours daily.

Competitive pay starting at $20.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience, plus an $1,800 sign-on bonus after meeting program criteria. Benefits include low-cost health and dental plans, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to branch location.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation.
• Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills.
• Solid work history with industry experience and/or transferable skills.
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day.
• Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge.
• Available for on-time early a.m. schedule at Watertown, Holbrook or Mansfield locations.
• High school or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload 3rd party in-bound & out-bound shipments.
• Complete warehouse forms to track customers storage.
• Sweep and maintain a clean work space.
• Learn and adopt best practices regarding inventory control.
• Assist customers in vault access as needed following prescribed process and safety requirements.
• Ability to lift items of varying weights and requesting assistance of those items weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Bailer operation and forklift operations training and certification will be provided.
• Ability to cover for shipping/receiving manager and warehouse manager as needed.
• Knowledge of all mover responsibilities including packing, wrapping, materials identification and proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority.
