Job summary

Olympia is hiring for a Warehouse Worker in the Cambridge area, with responsibilities including loading/unloading shipments, maintaining inventory, and assisting with vault access as required. Competitive hourly wages from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus an $1,800 sign-on bonus after meeting program criteria.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to branch location.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Able to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly.
• Able to stand 6–10 hours daily.
• Team player and flexible with schedule.
• Available for early A.M. shifts at Watertown, Holbrook, or Mansfield locations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload 3rd party inbound/outbound shipments.
• Complete warehouse forms to track customer storage.
• Sweep and maintain a clean work space.
• Learn and apply inventory control best practices.
• Assist customers with vault access per procedures and safety rules.
• Operate and, as needed, cover shipping/receiving manager duties.
• Handle packing, wrapping, materials identification with safety in mind.
