Job summary

Cencora's distribution services in the US, operating through AmerisourceBergen, are seeking a full-time warehouse support teammate in Romeoville. Shift is Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with pay starting at $20.25 and up to $23.74 via incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years experience in warehouse support or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes and inventory control principles.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them per procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
