Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Kentucky seeks an experienced warehouse associate supervisor to train staff, oversee order processing, inventory control, and shipping operations. You will guide daily workloads, implement workflow improvements, and ensure safety and policy compliance while operating forklifts and related equipment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, strong English communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse workflows and equipment operation.
• Ability to work overtime, maintain safety standards, and operate equipment proficiently.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
