Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Lynnfield, MA, is seeking a Recovery Coach for the SOAP program at our Lynnfield Outpatient location. This role provides individual and group recovery support within a structured outpatient setting and collaborates with SOAP clinicians on group activities.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused services and supporting clients through treatment, with opportunities to co-lead groups and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of recovery in the context of substance use and mental health.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; 1 year of recovery coach experience at Riverside strongly preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups strongly preferred.
• Must have either a college degree or a high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group support to SOAP program attendees and co-lead groups with SOAP clinician.
• Work within Connect2Recovery program providing additional recovery coaching to community referrals.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to program launch and ongoing treatment efforts.
