Job summary

The Los Angeles Convention Center is seeking a dedicated Electrician to maintain and support power systems for all events in downtown Los Angeles. You will handle 120–480-volt distribution, perform repairs, install circuits for offices and equipment rooms, and respond to outages as needed.

This on-site, full-time role requires journeyman-level expertise and the ability to work across multiple departments during shows. You must provide your own hand tools and follow PPE and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman-level electrical repair and maintenance of power distribution systems.
• Maintain 120–480-volt power distribution and related equipment.
• Install circuits for offices, work areas and mechanical equipment rooms.
• Assist with electrical setup for shows, seminars, and contracted events.
• Respond to outages and diagnose faults to restore power.
