Job summary

Total Warehouse Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA is hiring a Full-Time Unloading/Lumping Specialist. You will load/unload shipments, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and prepare pallets for transport. Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift/warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
• Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
• Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts.

Earn between $15.92 and $25.00 per hour based on your productivity and performance. Employees are guaranteed an hourly base rate of $15.92 for all hours worked, subject to applicable overtime requirements. Ratewill depend on productivity, workload, volume, and performance under the applicable TWS productivity/load-earnings program
