Total Warehouse Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring Full-Time Unloading/Lumping Specialists to keep shipments moving using manual and powered equipment. You will load and unload, organize pallets, read shipping labels, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

• Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
• Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
• Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Full-Time Unloading/Lumping Specialist

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM Pay: $17 Per Hour Sign-On Bonus: $750 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401(k) | Weekly Pay Referral Bonus: $750

What You'll Do

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
